Printing & Scanning
Printing and scanning are available at all library locations across campus.
Black & White Printing
There are print release stations located throughout the Guerreri Academic Commons on every floor. For exact printer locations, or ask at the Library Service Desk or IT Help Desk (both located on the first floor of the GAC).
Printing is also available in the Curriculum Resource Center in the MiniLab (TE 226C). Feel free to ask for assistance at the service desk if needed.

Color Printing
Color printing is available from the Library Service Desk on the first floor of the GAC. To print in color, and release it from the color printer release station at the main Library Service Desk. This printer is also available as a mobile printing station (see the for more information about using the mobile printing system).
Color printing is 50 cents per page. Please note that double-sided prints are treated as two pages.
Mobile Printing
Mobile printing is available on all floors of the Guerrieri Academic Commons and in the Curriuculm Resource Center, allowing printing from a personal laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Visit the to learn more and to find a mobile printer location.
Guest Printing
Guest printing is available for non-SU-affiliated patrons. Prints are 10¢ per page for black and white prints and 50 cents per page for color prints. To print in black and white, select the AC146-CIRC printer. To print in color, select the go_ac146_color printer. Visit the Library Service Desk to pay and pick up prints.
Please note that double-sided prints are treated as two pages. Guest printing is not available in the Curriculum Resource Center.
Scanning & Faxing
There are two scanning stations in the Academic Commons, one in each printing alcove on the first floor. These scanning stations allow you to scan using a flat bed or document feeder scanner. You can send your scans by email, save them to a flash drive, or upload them to OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox directly from the stations. You can also transfer them directly to your smartphone by scanning a QR code. Faxing is also available at the scanning stations.
A scanner is also available in the Curriculum Resource Cetner in the MiniLab (TE 226C). Feel free to ask for assistance at the service desk if needed.
Please note that there are no copiers in any of our libraries. If you need to make printed copies, please scan your documents using our scanning stations. You can then print the scanned files from any computer in the building.
