Nabb Center Resources
The Nabb Research Center preserves and makes accessible historical sources from the Colonial era through the present day. The Center is a remarkable resource for understanding the people and places of the Eastern Shore and all of Delmarva.
In addition, the Center is home to the Salisbury University Archives and Special Collections. The University Archives preserves the collective memory of Salisbury University, from its founding in 1925 to the present; and Special Collections feature collections documenting national and international history. The Nabb Center is also home to 6000+ artifacts related to Delmarva history, Salisbury University, and archival collections.
In 2022, the Nabb Research Center became the official archival repository for the City of Salisbury, preserving and sharing the city’s earliest historical material dating back to 1867.
Resources are available on site upon request.
